The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Contracting Hospitals was established for the purpose of intensive care during pregnancy and began its activities in order to improve the level of care of this group of patients. This department, tries to provide the medical services needed by pregnant women in the best possible way by using modern equipment, as well as the knowledge of delivery (LDR room with advanced equipments), cesarean section and gynecological diseases.
With the precise implementation of the Rooming plan to help breastfeeding mothers to their babies, the maternity ward of this hospital is among the child-friendly centers. In this method, the baby is placed next to her from the beginning of the birth if she/he has normal delivery by the mother, and after controlling in the early hours, she can be transferred to the ward with her mother and has been staying with her for the rest of her/his stay and feeds on breast milk.
