History

The Qashqai leaders have always belonged to the clan of Shahilo from the Qashqai tribal elite. The first known boss of Amir Ghazi Shahilo lived in the sixteenth century, and his mausoleum in the village of Darwish is in the hands of Gandman. Apparently, he was a holy man, so people would go on pilgrimage to his grave. According to legends, he has helped Safavi Shah Ismail to consolidate the Shieh religion in Iran. However, it was only at the beginning of the eighteenth century that the Qashqai play a significant role in fars history. At that time, the Qashqai leader was responsible for a person named John Mohammad Agha, most known as Johnny Agha. According to legends, the sons of Johnny Agha, Ismail Khan (the next head of the IL) and Hasan Khan played an important role in conquering India by Nader Shah. But the truth is that they are angry with Khan Afshar and Nader Ismail khan ha blind and kills Hasan Khan. The Qashqai people are forced to migrate to Ghaz Valley, Kalat Naderi and Sarakhs in Khorasan.
