Hara, Scientific name is Avicennia marina: A tree from the Mangrove plant community. The word Mangrove is a compound name representing a specific ecosystem in the tropics, The result of a very special gathering of plants and animals on the coast, holes, deltas, ponds and beaches of the seas and at the same time mark and represent the trees and shrubs of these ecosystems. These plants are in the group of dandruff plants.

Hara, a plant of the shah pasand. Its seed goes to the tree and produces seedlings. Then leaves the tree and falls into the swamp. Hara forests are located on the sea and saline water, and this compromise with salt water and inappropriate conditions, has made hara an exceptional plant.

Hara has oval-shaped, narrow-headed leaves (The spines are green and shiny, and the leaves behind are white or gray). The length of these leaves is about 5 to 7.5 centimeters. Mangrove fruits, almond-shaped and leads to a thin cream. Roots of the knee do not have a regular shape, but the flower of Hara, which is a small, obscure and intolerable. Golden flower with 4 petals, each petal is not more than a few millimeters long, with a sweet, sweet aroma spreading up to a few meters around it.

Hara is the name of a tree in the size of 3 to 6 meters with green horns, which live in saline waters and this compromise with water Inconvenience and inappropriate conditionsits ,name is Avicennia Marina,it is an exceptional plant ,refers to the Abu Ali Sina, the Iranian scientist.

Benefits

The mangrove plant, also used as dry fodder for livestock feed, has some amazing benefits.The stem, trunk and root of this tree are purified and absorbed into the salt water and repel the rest of the material. The mangrove skin affects Basil Hunzen, which causes leprosy. Its intravenous sap has a significant effect on drought disease, which is a skin disease (common in Hormozgan region). In the industry, the tannin in Hara is used to produce ink. Wood glue and wood pulp is another of its industrial uses.

Habitat 

The manuscript from the tear of Adam’s eyes is called Hara and in honor of the prominent iranian scientist, Bouali Sinai has named it. This shrub is seen on the coastal shores of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the south coast of Iran.

Hara is located in the 8 protected areas of Iran, on the Persian Gulf and the Oman Sea, with the northern and western sides of Qeshm Island and the Naiband forest in Bushehr province are among the most important. In Bandar Abbas, this plant is called mangrove, In Baluchistan, this plant is called tamr, In Bushehr is called gorm and in some places is called Toul.

In the Hara forest, there are various aquatic species, birds and amphibians. Of the birds, it is possible to mention pelican, stork, Seagull and of the aquatic, it’s possible to mention Crab, Sea Snake, Shell  and many types of frog.

The Hara forests of the Gulf of Naiband ,The wider distribution areas of these rare species communities with an area of 390 hectares are the last massive and wide collection of these coastal trees in the southwest of Asia.
